Leveraging mature LDMOS semiconductor technology, this module offers superior cost-performance, lower distortion, and enhanced thermal stability compared to traditional GaN devices. It is ideal for spectrum monitoring, industrial wireless communications, test and measurement equipment, and low-altitude security systems. Operating at DC28V with a typical current of 4A, it supports wide-temperature operation. The housing features an aluminum alloy shielding structure to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference.
